The University's cleaning contract is administered by Facilities & Services on behalf of participating departments. The current contractor is ISS Facility Services Australia Limited.

What cleaning services are available?

General cleaning services such as vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors, and garbage and recycling collection for:

• offices
• laboratories
• seminar and meeting rooms
• lecture theatres
• toilets
• tea rooms
• public areas including hallways, foyers, lifts

How do I request cleaning services?

Requests for cleaning services should be made via Maximo.

Business Offices and Building Managers should contact Facilities & Services Building Operations to arrange a cleaning services contract - Maintenance, Cleaning, Waste & Recycling.

Comments and complaints

Feedback and complaints about cleaning services should be directed through the relevant departmental Business Office.

Queries about contract conditions or complaints about ongoing problems should be directed to Facilities & Services Building Operations Team - Maintenance, Cleaning, Waste & Recycling .
