Contacting Facilities & Services
There are several contact points for the Facilities and Services Division, depending on the services you require. These include:
Maintenance Requests All requests for building maintenance or repairs should be reported to the Building Custodian or Business Manager in your area. The Building Custodian or Business Manager will raise a Service Request against Facilities Operations in Maximo (the Facilities Maintenance System). Facilities Operations’ Work Schedulers will then create a Work Order from the Service Request. The Building Custodian or Business Manager will be consulted prior to the work commencing and upon completion by Facilities Operations Maintenance staff or period contractors. In the case of emergencies and the Building Custodian or Business Manager is not available call the FS Help Desk on: 02-6125 4000 or email: FS.Scheduler@anu.edu.au

Activities on Campus & Site Problems For initial enquiries on Facilities and Services activities on campus, particularly site problems including site infrastructure (e.g. street lighting, roads and pathways), grounds matters, native animal problems (e.g. swooping birds, feral animals, etc) and waste issues, call the FS Help Desk on: 02-6125 4000 or email: FS.Scheduler@anu.edu.au |
